I agree, having already done my own successful startup company, you have to have the drive and enthusiasm to backup the idea because without those key elements the idea will always be just an idea. Plan for both success and failure and have the belief in what you are doing if you don’t believe in it, no one else will.

Work in the business for the “Now” but think two steps ahead to the future.

You have to define your point of difference and keep re-evaluating it to keep it relevant.
