Sometimes no decision is the best decision. I agree with you that no one wants to make the wrong decision but we need to take ownership of the decisions that we do make, blaming others or events out of your control is a cop out. Decisions are made on what we know at the time not on what we don't know. No one is perfect. Don't change your decision, make a new one!

Very nicely put Brendon. Yes I agree, it is a conscious choice to not changing the status quo vs avoiding making a decisions because we do not want to face the consequences.

The one you are suggesting is always a wise approach to make another decision if you make a wrong one.

It is also the agility of decion maker that comes in play - like exercising the muscle - more you exercise - stronger it gets .
